Well according to Ebou Jallow the rat [quote] Edward Singateh cowardly murdered Korro Ceesay at Yankuba Tourays house . Edwards motive for the murder is nothing else but a motiveless malignancy. Days before Korro's death , President Jammeh had already instructed the secretary General at the time ,Mustapha Wadda to issue Korro's dismisssal letter. The speculation that president Jammeh ordered Korro's death is apocryphal and not an established fact.
Yahya Jammeh ,The president of the republic did discuss this traumatic incident with me , and was noticeably shocked by this horror commited under his watch. The crime of murder cannot be commuted by a presidential pardon or any protean indemnity clause in the Gambian Constitution. Jammeh must prosecute the murderous singatehs lest he himself becomes an accomplice.[unquote]
[quote] This is a very sensational issue and there are a lot of speculations on Koro's death. I was informed about this tragic incident whilst I was in Tripoli, and en-route back to The Gambia, I happened to join the same flight with Jammeh. He was shocked, dismayed, and utterly shaken onboard the airplane. We had a brief discussion about the issue and the rest is now history. I learned that the authorities are still investigating Koro's death and I do not believe any public disclosures shall do any good to the judicial process. I have realized lately that the current frenzy about Koro is all politically motivated by some disgruntled elements who simply hate the current regime. It is very clear that they are more interested in politicizing the tragic event than actually securing any form of social justice. I have therefore decided to abstain from all those political intrigues, and be reclusive due to the fact that I was a member of the AFPRC. SHERIFF: Now, it was said you fled to the US because you stole about US$3million from the Gambia Government which you deposited in a Swiss bank. The Government filed a suit in the Swiss court and recovered the money.[unquote]
So far what we have according to Ebou the thief is that Jammeh was not responsible for korro's death ,neither was it a state conspiracy to kill Koro, according to Ebou Jallow it was the Singateh brother's who killed korro that is if it ain't just mere accusations,
Trust me i know Ebou Jallow is not a credible source but all i wanna do is establish a point so lets have at it if ya'll please...........................................................Peace

Hi Bro Moe,
If you were in Koro's shoes, the many of us here will still be fighting for justice. Spot on, regarding former spokeman Ebou Jallow's assertion.
Background: To be categorically mentioned that Koro was a sitting minister of finance. A day before the budget speech, he was burnt down in his car in the outskirts of Busumbala, miles away from the Banjul Int. Airport. The same Koro was among those that accompanied Jammeh to the Airport.
Now the questions that any fair one would ask just like you:
-Who killed Koro? -Why didn't the Jammeh administration investigate the matter by setting up an enquiry commission?
Conclusion
Personally, one has every mind to believe that his killing was politically motivated. As such, justice must be fully served, and must be seen to be served.
