The not to start again is harder than giving up isnt it?

Are you really going to boycott Gambia? Im not returning anytime soon unless confidence has been restored still the world is a very big place
I like the do something for myself thats a great resolution.

Yeah, you are right. Its easy to stop smoking, but its hard to stay clean. It happened each time when I was close to a nervous breakdown to start it again...but this time I must stay without. The price of cigarettes is extremly high and even getting higher here in Germany.
There are 1000 things that do better to me rather than smoking....

I am seriously thinking about boycotting The Gambia, but I admitt
its hard, because of the families I know there and friends.
But I hope for a revolution for the country, a totally change and as long as I and others always help, there will be no need for a political change, first step is, that the situation must get worse....
there are even African intellectuals who say that all the weastern charity has only done bad on a long term.

Yes, to get ridd of my helping-sydrom I must find out what is best for me.

Really was, decided on the plane back from Gambia, sold the 400 cigs that I brought back (at a healthy profit)that was it.

Though I only really fancy one when i have a drink hmmmmmmmmmm maybe I should give up the alcohol ... Not!!!!!!!!!!

They are expensive in the UK as well. I joked in the beginning that all the money I'm saving will pay of a holiday to Mexico I think in a year I might be right its building up nicely

Ive heard that criticism about charity as well
