hi all, wonder if anyone can help me. i need information of how to keep the termites at bay with local medicine, my adopted family use the chemical cannot remember the name.but am finding it expensive. just wondered if they is somthing local that is cheap or natural, i would appreciate any information ... kind regards abraham
There might be two things worth considering, and none of them are very attractive to me. The nim tree and nicotine. 1. spray the affected area with a liquid extract of the nim tree. 2. spray the affected area with nicotine solution (extracted from cigarette or cigarette butts).
I would however recommend that you first check with pest control or CPU (crop protection unit) of the dept. of state for agriculture for advice. You will be surprise that there are more effective and cheaper industrial chemicals to do the job ...
