The humor is, according reliable sources, this magician from Siereleone, touched a child and that produced the image of Yaya Jammeh in kanilai. Then jammeh pronounced him as his marabout. at that point, jammeh gave an order that anytime the man sets foot in banjul, the notorious so-called NIAs should monitor who invited this marabout guy. It happened that two fellows from serre-kunda brought the guy on a trip for some marabout work. As soon as the guy landed at the airport, oga was called and notified. The marabout was traced to his destination with the two fellows, and the two fellows arrested for going through Jammeh's marabout. The humor is a true story, according to my source. This is typical jammeh.

That was a funny one. However, my believe is that the greatest source of intelligence for the NIA should be the Marabout community. Marabouts work for any one with the Dalasi in his/her pockets. They are the custodian of our social maneuvers.
If only the Marabouts could share that information, i think the country will be in chaos. But the problem is one could travel to Sierra Leone and meet the marabout there unless there are NIAs stationed in Sierra Leone monitoring his moves. |

I swear, i was cracking my jaws about this latest one.
One would think this is just a joke tagged on jammeh, but actually true as narated.
also, marabouts are like doctors. they should heal everyone in need of their services, not only samba Yaya jammeh. I understand now he is called professor Samba yaya jammeh.
You are right, marabouts can make good informers.

| Have you guys seen the marabout who made a bold proclamation on THE POINT that he's stuff is the real deal? I could not help but notice the irony that some of the stuff he claims to cure are the same ailments Jammeh's majic concoctions cure. We need to watch him in case he disappears for providing an alternative to the Jammeh medicine. |
