Some Reflections From Garvey's Voice : - (Some Excerpts)
" How To Kill An Organization Without Really Trying "
1) Don't attend meetings.If you do, come late.
2) If you attend a meeting, find faults with the work of others.
3) Never accept an office or assignment. It is easier to criticize than to do things.Nevertheless, get sore if you are not appointed, gripe and don't attend meetings.
4) If you are asked to give your opinion regarding an important matter, say nothing.After the meeting, tell everyone how it should have been done.
5) Do nothing more than necessary. If other members work willingly and unselfishly, howl that your organization is run by a clique.
6) Agree to everthing said at the meeting and disagree with it outside.
7) Get all the assistance your organization gives, but don't give any.
8) When everything else fails, blame your President.
These were some words of caution and warning to those whose very act of inactivity were against progress and change to help aid their communities.Warning signs to look for in destractors in any cause !!!

Prince, Marcus Garvey was able to organize Africans on unprecedented scale than any other time in history by using the opposite strategy to the one Santafara has posted. Therefore the above strategy has resulted in the situation Africans are facing today. In short a lack of unity.
