Once againe,our African leadership has shown their ineptitude and blatant disregard to their responsibilities in ensuring peace and security in westafrica.Since last week,the Nigerians have been continuously warned to quickly move and detaine charles taylor for fear he will escape and they continue draging their feets until now that it has happened.This is a total disgrace and embarrasment for Nigeria which claims the role of regional superpower.I wont be suprised if it came out that Nigeria is sheltering him and making up a story that he escaped.This is a shame and it makes me sick.who knows what he might do with all his extensive contacts,we just pray that he doesnt return to liberia nad start another war further more distabilizing the entire region.He is capable of doing the whole thing again and plunge Liberia and sierra leone in to turmoil again.I wont under-estimate this evil war criminal.Nigeria have trully shown it colors thats why i didnt trust them in the first place when they decide to take Taylor there in exile.
