can anyone explain how the voting that is due to take place jan 28th will be carried out. how do the locals vote, are they given slips, numbers how does it operate, are the voting booths held in schools, will they be monitored by independet watchers

Well Jamb, I recall people vote with Marbles- these are placed in a sort of tube There must be one tube for each party ? The tube has a bell a the bottom that rings once to let administrators know you have only voted once !
To count the number of votes, you count the marbles
I love it !

that bit i get, for 50 bells = 50 marbles, so where does it go wrong, becuase if the total count is 50, how do you decide which party go the most votes.
