This is scary considering the purchase price and quality of work. After all the land was for free I presume. How can the price be justified. |

those prices are true that is why there is an awful lot of empty houses, it is all greed. kons i mentioned land and houses prices months ago, it has been getting worse, IT IS A MUTUAL ARANGEMENT BETWEEN GAMBIA AND EUROPEANS. there will be a downside to this soon. |

One of the plots for sale at fajara is 11, 000,000.00 (eleven million)dalasis is almost enough to pay salary of all civil servants for a month. The average monthly salary being 1500.00 and a staff roll of about ten thousand.
So 12 empty plots in Fajara can now pay the whole years salary of civil servants. |
