quote: So afterall it is foreign policy, not religion, right...?
It is about 'propaganda', 'wag the dog', 'fear policy'. It is as simple as mother's strategy for her little child, 'if you do that, the monster is going to get you'
Yankeestan or rouge states need an enemy to survive. After communism death, USA wanted to have enemy. Islam was the excellent target. While communism exist, islam was the best friend of yankeestan. They actually wanted islam to politicized so that they can have green zone south of soviet empire to prevent them to go to warm waters. Than things changed. Communism gone. Now yankees want a new enemy.
yankees are very naive and uninform. They don't have much clue about what is going on in the world. Not that they are not smart. See the wag the dog reference above. Only very a few yankees have an access to education. Let us say only 10 % of the population. The rest are puppets or zombies. Why? Propoganda and brainwashed and naive. Yankees major happiness is consumption. They are injected drug.
Look at yourself kayjatta, most of the points you bring are usually based on CNN, Fox propoganda. You don't have access to information. In USA, usually you can't find foreign movies. It would be very difficult. Mostly blockbuster and holly-molly movies. Ask american about travelling. they would go disneyland or most they will go caribbean. They would not go the other corners of the world. Unlike europeans, they are not sophisticated. People living in usa are tested on the geographical knowledge and current affairs knowledge by the national geographic, they were last in the western nation. Most of them don't even know where iraq is. So the point is as Al-hassan say US is anti-muslim, maybe not naturally. But they portray muslims, islam as enemy artificially. Even your beloved president use the terms like for propoganda. "evil and good", "crusades", "axis of evil" etc.

diaspora! Too many Chiefs and Very Few Indians.
Halifa Salah: PDOIS is however realistic. It is fully aware that the Gambian voters are yet to reach a level of political consciousness that they rely on to vote on the basis of Principles, policies and programmes and practices. |
