Commonwealth Third Country Training Programme
Location: North Buona Vista Road, Singapore
Location: 22-26 October 2007
The programme will address ‘portfolio co-ordination,’ which is about ensuring all organisations within a minister’s portfolio work together effectively. It is exclusively for Permanent Secretaries from governments in Commonwealth countries.
Training will enable Permanent Secretaries to support their ministers, promote good governance and serve public interests with greater confidence and impact. The Commonwealth Fund for Technical Co-operation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Singapore are sponsoring the event.
