You are joking me toubab! You never wondered who has eaten all the Mango on the tree and left just the stone?
The most bats I saw were under one tree in Bakau, hundreds of them.
The most beautiful bats were grapefruit in colour - in bushes low down in Georgetown.

Interesting article - but how did the posting come under Gambian Political?
sab.

Sab & Toubab, yaaaa made me laugh!

they are awake laughing and cracking

I cannot help but laugh at it, knowing where pal Toubab is coming from.

there go again, "the african bat", causing a disease. how about just that bat species

this is honestly an eye opener over these notions.

where even shakespeares, greatest figure of times described the continent as "dark continent", then where can others place the continent and its people. if NKrumah of all catalysts didn't win that war, i am not fighting it.

Go Toubab! Go!

Wooooooooooooo, there go my uncle. Yes, i followed some of his documentaries. he is too honest with things sometimes, and i will follow your reference. thanks for it.

also, the long time bantaba teacher, Sab is pulling some legs.........while Toubab is keeping it lively, from the previous thread..... under discussion, but i easily understand Toubab's take on matters now. but i am still puzzled at this african bat causing diseases.

trust me, i will find time to retalaite these jokes..........just let neighbor Toubab fly for now....

Boys and girls(?)
I am baffled by most of these postings,I must tell you that " I can easily understand Toubab's take on matters now" really has me confused I had no intention other that to post a news item that I thought may be of interest,if the "hidden" reasons can be explained I would like that,BUT if such explaination may cause problems then I respect that and am content to leave things as they are.

Toubab,

Have you followed Michael moore's documentaries before??

Try the latest that Santa referenced and you are sure to grasp a better grip of this debate...

I like that you pursue to clarify and to seek clarifications. Janko clarified for you. You can't loose your game by doing that....i love you for that here....

have a good one!

There are some well known species of bats common in South America that carry and transmit rabies to humans. Actually they are called vampire bats...

Kay,

how do those bats interract with humans?

like the name sounds, those bats could be capable of more harm.....

it brings us to another juncture; the stray dogs causing rabbies
