In a nation where jobs are in scarcity, one is tempted to indulge in certain activities. The same applies to an "unforgiving" society where the pillars of Government cannot support the needs of youths.

in all respect, the guy is wrong. But agreable he deserves mercy, if;

-is he a first offender?
-is his large family entirely dependent on him?
-is he jobless, and have no way of survival?
-can he undergo counseling and heal himself from it?
-Does he use his gains for good, and not to sponsor human atrocities?

see, in my opinion, i can forgive one, where the answers to the above is all yes. The Mbai court should consider plea for mitigation, especially where 15 dependents are involved. Those that need to be dealt with mercilessly are those oozing bloods.

Note: i am a non-smoker. i tried weed in 1998, just as peer pressure. i thank God and my parents that they guided me well not to be smoker.
