Cooking course: Authentic African dishes

Via www.boyleigh.com you now have the posibility to join our tasty African cooking course during your Gambian holiday.
Boyleigh.com is a non-profit website, already famous for representing trustworthy and knowledgeable local Gambian guides to tourists from all over the world and recently we expanded our Gambia experience with the cooking course of our Masterchef Isatou.
During the one day course Isatou will acompany you in the morning to the local market where all the nescesarry fresh ingredients will be bought. In the afternoon Isatou will teach you at her compound how to turn these into delicious Gambian meals, like Domoda, Benechin or Yassa. In advance you can say if you would like to prepare beef, chicken or fish dishes.
After your cook out you all enjoy the dish you prepared, giving you the oppertunity to experience a fine home cooked Gambian meal in the nice homely atmosphere of a Gambian family.
If you are interested, please take a look on www.boyleigh.com and click on the menubar on the site on OVER ISATOU or on KOOKCURSUS/COOKING. For English text please click on the English flag.
Also on the site you will find our contact details if you wish to make an appointment with Isatou.

Domoro diema! (Enjoy your meal!)

kind regards,
Jolanda & Roy
