I heard Wade would build a huge power station if re-elected. Why do African leaders wait until election time before they begin to be serious.
They take us for a ride. Why did he not build a big power station in the last 7 years. Certainly he had a lot of time. In Senegal, i think the presidential term is 7 years. Adbou Joof Changed it. It may have changed again. I dont know.
