14 YEAR OLD GIRL CRIES FOR HELP

The father of Fatoumata Jagne, a fourteen year old girl with a complicated eye condition, has appealed to all and sundry to help him send his daughter abroad for medical treatment. Bakary Jagne, a resident of Faji Kunda, said his fourteen year old daughter needs urgent surgery to save her from further complications and which cannot be performed in this country.
According to Mr. Jagne, little Fatoumata's eye trouble first came to his attention exactly one year ago. Since then she had been taken to Royal Victoria Hospital (RVTH), on several occasions, where she underwent surgery. But according to Jagne the surgery performance on Fatoumata at RVTH failed to achieve results.
