Do you think this is a serious effort from EU?

these pictures tell us precisely why we must double our efforts whether you are at home or abroad. this is very sad. history that we cannot defend is being recorded.

at some point we should also weigh which is more beneficial to our society, thousand of Euros in fishing licences or Fishermen in coastal villages earning enough to feed their families, educate their children and live a dignified life.

KIWI the EU is not serious. in Senegal the Spainish government is promising them 4000 Visas to solve the problem. they still dont get it, infact if the EU dont have fish they should eat something else. its really is not our problem.

Kondorong, naturally if we had good journalists these are the images they should be educating the youths about. but even they are not interested.

we are on the edge of a precipice, i'm very sorry.

I have seen the video several times. Itīs almost unbearable to watch it, it should not be this way.

The European Union has announced new plans to attract skilled labour from Africa and open new job centres in Africa to help match supply with demand.

Why only skilled workers, I think they already are attracted to Europe
Why not create seasonal work for unskilled Africans? As far as I know, Spain needs labourers on plantations. I think Africans would willingly take this kind of jobs, even if they are only for a short term? Being paid decent waiges they could go back home with some money. Or would it be a silly idea?

  • Senegal: 1 Italian ship, 1 Italian plane, 1 Guardia Civil patrol boat, 1 Spanish Police helicopter, 3 Senegalese boats, 1 Senegalese plane, 1 Finnish plane due

  • Cape Verde: 1 Portuguese frigate

sounds genuine but i dont think the economists would like it nor support it. no system can stand large numbers of people moving in and out and taking money with them as they move.

its as good as saying the Africans should stay in their own countries and grow the plantations and export the fruits to Spain. It is precisely this reason why the USA is building fences along the border with Mexico. the US is in the same position as spain perhaps
