The most controversial was the Speaker's Chair. Britain wanted to donate one and so was West Germany and also the Nigerian Association.
Nigerians already made theirs and quickly brought it(Nigerian Welfare Association). The current speaker's chair then was designed by the speaker himself (A. Sam Jack) who refused to change his chair for someone else's. It was then to be kept to throne Chiefs but was unsuitable for trekking to all the districts. It was kept in some store and your guess is as good as mine.
