Thanks brother Dalton. Hey, when is the Gainako site coming into full swing? If it is already running please give us the info. We need to spread the message in as many ways as we can. Information shared is useful information and that not shared is wasteful. Keep it up.. See you in the new Gambia. It is a matter of time and yes I mean time... Peace

Kaw-Demba,
You know the vultures fly to the skies to see their preys. My loved ones are sitting on the propeller of the Gainako ship. When the first headline was written, over five vultures called my elder brother. If i had a choice not to listen to my family and friends, then Gainako would have been number one in news reliance and dependability. To be brave and endanger your innocent loved ones-to me, this is worth calculation. When the word is "wait", then we implore from all that expected fast operations to bear patience with us, since it is a long term goal. And we very well apologise to all that see the move otherwise. From code red, then yellow, and once the light turns green-booom we go ! Thanks for your good heart, and God fit you in our next leaders to bring sanity in the Gambia, because you demonstrated responsibility and care.

Dalton, it is prudent to listen to family concerns. You are on the money recalculating your moves. One thing for sure I know, anytime I speak to my family back in Gambia, they ask about what I wrote on the Internet. When my wife was in gambia someone printed some articles I wrote and brought them over to her to read. It created some fear and concern. Our families don't seems to understand what it means to be heard. They have the right to be concerned. Left to them we will all lay down and be sorry for each other.
The fact of the matter brother Dalton is we are not out to witch hunt anyone. We are not calling names for the sake of calling names. We are playing our civic duties and we must stand up for what we belief. I have a feeling some of us have to sacrifice to safe generations to come. Sacrifice I don't mean taking unneccessary risk, but speaking when the need to speak arises. Standing up when few will stand up for what is right. No one will rescue us from the sinking ship. We must rescue our love ones even if it means losing our own lives.
Besides, we are different in that we don't spread hatred and condemn our opponents for wanting their positions, but we point out our disagreements and objections to injustices. If it means alienating us for standing up for what is right then let us be alienated.
Brother Dalton, our credibility matters a lot in the fight for justice. We must embrace our opponents and seek to win their conscience even during heated debates. We don't hate the players, we hate the game and the game cannot change itself. There is no doubt in my mind that you could set up an incredible paper that not only your supporters agree with but also one that will be embraced by the very people who disagree with you. This is about Gambia and not I, you, or Yahya. We can all agree to disagree, but silence means acceptance of what is imposed on us.
I must admit, I respect your opinion and your ultimate decision. I was just expecting to see another wonderful outlet. Be rest assured, I am not disappointed in any way say perform. Keep your head high KAW(Uncle) Dalton. Peace forever... |
