OK...............so he was in lawful custody...........OK..........he was before the Court.........for that was where he escaped from............charged with WHAT?..........So why was he not dealt with for the offence for which he appeared in Court ?.....people are Innocent until proven guilty...........aren't they ? perhaps he was never charged, but he must have been because he appeared in court,what was that original charge which caused him to appear before the court in the first place?............All this Gambian "Legal" stuff is far too much for my small brain........
