"The president of the Republic, His Excellency Sheikh Professor Alhaji Dr. Yahya AJJ Jammeh has appointed Hon. Nana Grey-Johnson as Secretary General No.2 with immediate effect.
A press release from the Office of the President, signed by the Secretary General and Head of the Civil Service, Dr. Njogu L. Bah also stated that Nana Grey-Johnson will double as minister of Information & Communication Infrastructure, it conclude"

"President Yahya Jammeh has appointed Nana Grey-Johnson as Secretary General No. 2 with immediate effect.
A statement issued by the presidency announced Thursday evening that Mr Grey-Johnson will also double as Minister of Information and Communication Infrastructure.
Nana Grey-Johnson, a veteran journalist, joined the cabinet on 12 March 2013.
It would be noted that Dr Njogu L. Bah, the Minister for Presidential Affairs is Secretary General and Head of the Civil Service."
