Here is another sad situation. Some of these happenings used to be on traditional story-telling (talin-talin) --jealousy among co-wives. Over the past 5 years, I followed numerous cases.
Second wife needed a cooking pot and the first wife for the reasons she explained, won't share. If not for the second wife's cruelty of pouring hot water on the first one, she would have deserved a cooking pot.
The husband too didn't do right by joining in as a bully.
