Ebra. No hard feelings as I was not moved to personalise issues but just trying cool your temperament, put you on proper focus, to be considerate on your civil duty and civic-minded! It is not you and me only but everybody including admin., the community, public amongst other citizens franchised and with liberty to exercise rights; share leisure time and resources in this forum; pertaining to civil affairs, life and society amongst other issues 
The tragedy is mistaken identity in vile slanders and castigations on Malick Kah happening again. Santanfara and Janyafara made same mistake here. For Janyafara after few days on Malick Kah as me, I suspect must have made amendments and/or expressed remorse because when I listened to his radio program at Kibaaro on-line radio and he is on fire, he always pay tribute and dedicating special songs to all his popular compatriots in the struggle; naming all of them including Malick Kah
I REPEAT AM NOT THAT GENTLEMAN AND PATRIOT CALLED MALICK KAH AND ALL OF YOU OWE HIM A SPECIAL PERSONAL APOLOGY IN PRIVATE!
ALSO FOR ADMIN. AND MODERATORS YOU OWE THEM AN APOLOGY FOR DEPLORABLE MANNERS AND ABUSE OF BANTABA POLICY
Likewise the hate campaign and vile slanders on Halifa must ceased because he is not the issue and I am the one who should take full responsibility for my opinions and any actions? My opinions are not from any member of P.D.O.I.S or for Foroyaa and P.D.O.I.S. political party. Am not a member of any political party even P.D.O.I.S but I endorsed them as a liberal citizen on their ideas, policies, strategies, tactics, sensitisation and advocacy programs; as it resonates with mine. You should also take note that U.D.P especially Lawyer Ousainou Darboe had my vote in General elections once and am part of the numbers they have relied on or still relying on; bullying other opposition parties
Coming back to The Constitution these are my opinions;
- THE SUPREME CONSTITUTION OF THE NATION OR STATE IS BEYOND ANY INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS JURISDICTION TO TAMPER WITH; THEREFORE IT IS PRE-MATURE AND AN ILLEGITIMATE ACTION FOR NTCG TO TOUCH IT AND/OR CONSIDER IT AS PART OF ITS PRIORITIES OR NATIONAL DUTY TO DO SO
- THERE IS A LEGAL PROCESS, INCLUDING SETTING-UP OF AN APOLITICAL CONSTITUTIONAL REVIEW COMMITTEE WITH CLEAR PROPER TERMS OF REFERENCE TO PRODUCE A DRAFT CONSTITUTION WHICH MUST GET NATIONAL CONSENSUS THROUGH A REFERENDUM
- IT IS IMPORTANT TO TAKE NOTE THAT ALL THE STATEMENTS AND NARRATIONS IN THE EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OF NTCG CONSTITUTION APPEAR TO BE IRRELEVANT, POORLY PRESENTED AND THE GAINAKO EDITORIAL WITH ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT IS MORE SUITABLE TO REPLACE EVERYTHING WRITTEN ON ACCOUNT OF EVENTS IN NTCG EXECUTIVE SUMMARY; IN MY OPINION
- YOUR CONCERNS AND RECOMMENDATIONS ARE GENUINE BUT CAN BE INCORPORATED WHEN A CONSTITUTIONAL REVIEW COMMITTEE WITH HIGH MORAL CALIBRE EXIST; DURING ANOTHER TRANSITION PERIOD
- FINALLY ANOTHER TRANSITION PERIOD HAS BEEN RECKONED "TO BE ONE OF THE TOUGHEST CHALLENGES ANY NEW GAMBIA GOVERNMENT WILL FACE" IN THE FUTURE; REFERRED FROM HERE
