President Jammeh’s ram sale starts today Tuesday, October 23, 2012
The Office of the President wishes to inform the general public that the president’s Tobaski ram sale will start tomorrow at 2pm at the July 22nd Square.
The minimum price for a ram will be D3500.00 (three thousand five hundred dalasi) and maximum D5000.00 (five thousand dalasi).

Note:
For those not quite familiar with place names in Gambia July 22 Square is public designated ground for events including celebrations for Gambian independence. Formally call called McCarthy Square (named after a colonial administrator Sir Charles McCarthy) Since taking over by by force, soldiers in power led by big man Yahya Jammeh renamed the place 22 July Square.
It is out of place for that special place meant for recreational public events can now used by the president as animal breeding ground for commercial gains.
