Shut ! that door is so firm
Yellow fear sat indoors
Masked bravado shown in front
Shielding the shaking kaftan wearer's woes
Green leaves shake so clear
Yet into yellow they must turn
Before falling aground
Then to brownish hues
Marking the end game

Bookodajjii !, that door bookodajjii !
Bakodabuu that smelly currency defaces
It's odour surpasses the smell of a pit latrine
Forgotten except when needed to post
Yes that wonderful corner house we so despise
Rank smell permeate it's covers; all day long
Yet we know it's a place to be at times
To cleanse the body

The mouth yearns for consumption of feed
Belly grumbles for filling needs
Then it's the turn of that commode
Sat in a corner as if forgotten
But knows we shall come visiting
Albeit with covered nostrils
To post mail or what ever
And thus gain perfect peace
Oh this life of mysteries

Kaan. If there was an Olympic medal for poetry, you would be in the running for GOLD

Poetry is a gift that few have,so I am not "pulling me legs".

A good poem as always. Thanks Kaani.
