I knew a man years ago who used to sell salt,the salt he used to sell came down the Gambia River from Senegal and was natural and untreated,the administration at that time banned that trade because of the circumstances outlined in the Daily News article,like many things it looks as though that trade has slipped back to the previous position.Every body in Gambia uses horam,so it's an excellent way of improving the health of the population if only treated salt is available.
