My friend had occasion to attend court under this system and it APPEARED to me that although the decisions reached were final and binding on all parties there was a real in depth conciliation process that took place,not being involved at all I can only go by what my friend told me,I should be interested in hearing from those learned people who know about this system how exactly it works.Anyone going to give us the benefit of their wisdom ?
