Sembo (power /forceful rule) is what one Gambian politician describes ruling APRC handling of state affairs. His conclusion is that the ruling party is not democractic but sembocratic.
pleased you provided the translation for ‘Sembocracy’, I did search on www for the word couldn't find a thing, what language is the word from ? or is it made up by Momodou Lamin Sanneh, whatever won't make H.E. very happy at all, maybe a case of "misinformation" which of course can be a very serious offence in the Gambia punishable by a prolonged stay in Mile Two.!
"Simple is good" & I strongly dislike politics. You cannot defend the indefensible.
I'd throw that in the wide net of Momodou, Kaanibaa, and others to expand on. My own little guess is that lack of democratic dispensation in Gambia is cause for concern. Sanneh seems to flag up abuse of office by the ruling APRC through forceful manners.
If he is able to prove it, then no case of misinformation to answer. Otherwise, H E will quickly take charge.
