When a man dies under certain laws the land is dividend between his land is divided up between children. But the problems arise when there is a second family. This issue is how can they get what is rightful theirs if they do not know their own laws. Look at some of the court cases going on. The law is in place but ofter ignored.

Inheritance is not unique to africa. Recently there was a high profile inheritance in the US Sopreme court invloving 1.2billion dollars. The wife was fighting to have the inheritance whilst the son said no. This was ongoing for years. Every society has its own problems and i get frustrated when some bantaba memebrs think that Africa is the last frontier.

Is is part of the AU womens agenda, it was to be discussed. LEMON TIME you can those drugs. Kons, africa is definately not the last frontier but i was just mentioning some issues that were raised at the AU summit.
I do think that the big issues overrode the small issues.
Main issues,
Darfur, Chad, Congo, Ivory Coast, deployment of troops. immigration, migration. But smaller things were on the table and should be talked about.
