I think that the time may well come when rich nations who make "donations", " help ", "give assistance" or "funding" to MANY African countries will say enough is enough what are we doing ? these COUNTRIES do not use the money properly.
Integration into the 21st century in MOST cases has been painfully slow and hardly perceptible ,should rich countries be concerned ?
