Announced by Daily OIbserver last week, president Jammeh was to visit United States for 2 days. This is now going beyond a week. As head of government Gambians want to know what dark secrets the chief political leader is kept busy on. It is abnormal that a deep silence is kept about where Jammeh is at this hour and what is keeping him. Anyone with information about Gambian president will do us great favour coming forward. Jammeh is usually known for camara lenses. What is he hiding away from us, we want to know.

Rumours are flying about H.E.'s health, everything is unconfirmed,it may be that the US has decided to do something to help the people of Gambia and this was the reason for no statement, nobody knows.BUT if H.E, is seriously ill with cancer his condition is likely to deteriorate soon, this is inevitable, and will result in him being called to judgement in the second world. |

Jammeh has grown so infatuated that you think he commands life and death. One time he boasted that he decides who lives or dies in Gambia. His explanation was that if he chooses to see anyone dead, he orders for your killing. Equally, he commands the power to decide leaving anyone alive on Gambian soil. As healer, killer, and commander of gun power Jammeh plays God. When this sickness talk turns to be real, we shall see how Jammeh will defy nature and stay brave in the face of adversity.
Will he eat banana and raw eggs for quick fix cure ? |

Toubab1020,
There is still deep silence over the president's unprecedented visit. So interesting from Daily News, recalling how the illness of late Nigerian President was hidden from public know. Are we looking at Jammeh in that frame of secret guard over socially required information ?
To absent from the seat of power for one week without official report is smelling a rat.

Seven days of absence without sensible excuse, that is wrong. |

From H.E.s public pronouncements and thoughts, I think that his health is fine, people who are seriously ill are unlikely to embark on a change of attitude for a country and her people, they are more likely to withdraw and feel sorry for themselves. I think its about politics and not medicine. Personally I think that someone in the US had a word in his ear.
