How to move on from here…
Thank you Buharry for the extended coverage through your interactive site, radio and TV --Raaki.

Hamat -73060 (11.107%)
Darboe-114, 177(17.35775%)
Yaya -470,550 (71.53531%)

Once again, it is saddening to see the continuation of this regime for another five years. Personally, my reason for this is not born out of any other reason other than their engagement in terror. From day one, Jammeh has utilized state resources to terrorize, intimidate, and oppress the Gambian people. I know his supporters will blow the whistle as to how come such has not reflected in the votes. The reason for that is not far-fetched and things of this nature are not un-common in a dictatorial type of administration. For example, both Saddam Hussein and Ghadaffi used to pull at least 96% of the votes for another mandate. The question is not where are the two now but how was their ending. Similar ending is in the pipeline for any iron-fist ruler.

From here on, those that support the terror regime must begin to sit on eggs. The administration is ever more fragile in its pseudo-pillars. If the terror on innocent citizens is not brought to a complete stop, there is something of an ending (the Arab Spring) that does things faster and even yields a fair result. Those that blindly think that this is a mandate to continue the state terror that engulfed us for so long must begin to think twice now. Those whose hands are dirty with blood must as well continue to wish that their foot prints are erased or wish that this regime continue so they can buy time.

There is no giving up on continuing to criticize (harsh or mild) the Jammeh administration. In as much they continue to arrest, maim, oppress, suppress, and kill citizens, people will continue to call for equality, justice, and human rights. There is nothing less, nothing more to this.

Long Live the Gambia!
Long Live the Gambian people!!
Down with dictatorship everywhere!
Down with Jammeh and his cronies!!!

Thanks,

Yero

I DON'T WANT TO HEAR AGAIN "GOVERNMENT IN WAITING", POWER STRUGGLES AND NO MORE PARTISAN POLITICS BUT ACTIONS ON NATIONAL CAUSE, NATIONAL UNITY AND PATRIOTISM TO DICTATE ANY AGENDA; AS WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER? REMINDING ALL OPPONENTS ON THIS CHALLENGE FOR "Gambia News : Neither election, nor coup can end my gov’t - Jammeh" FOR THEM TO CONSIDER; PUT ITS' HOUSE IN ORDER, MOVE ON WITH "RIGHT STRATEGIES/TACTICS" TO MOBILISE A "UNITED NATIONAL FRONT", NURTURED AS A NATIONAL REVOLUTIONARY MOVEMENT AND SALVAGE THE NATION; FOR CITIZENS' FREEDOM, DEMOCRACY, RULE OF LAW AND JUSTICES; THROUGH INTELLIGENT AND PEACEFUL NON-VIOLENT MEANS; IN SPIRIT OF "NATIONAL UNITY", "PARTNERSHIP AND "SOLIDARITY" TOWARDS THE COMMON GOOD

THE BLAME IS NOT YAYA JAMMEH AND OTHER PARTY LEADERS BUT WE (AS ORDINARY CITIZENS) SHOULD BLAME OURSELVES; ESPECIALLY LUDICROUS ARROGANT ANTICS OF CERTAIN PARTY MILITANTS; INCLUDING DIASPORA MILITANCY AND ACTIVISM OF POPULAR VOCAL ELITES DOMINATING ON-LINE MEDIA WITH GAMBIAN POLITICS, BREAKING THE RANKS OF THE OPPOSITION AGAINST JAMMEH'S GOVERNANCE AND STEWARDSHIP, BACK-STABBING FRONT LINE LEADERS, DIS-ORIENTING AND HATE CAMPAIGN AGAINST JAMMEH/APRC GOVERNMENT
