Though that this might interest some ,the case of a politician and his retinue being given a dressing down by a Doctor,The politicians aids should really have talked to people before they took over the scene I agree with the good doctor that this should have been the case,another case of the political admin taking over from the professionals.It's a bit unfair that Sky thought it proper to give the Doctors "previous" instead of reporting on the incident in question a matter of BASIC hygene in hospital,well done Doc.
